For the sunny days
Overheating of our cities has become a major issue as our summers become hotter, providing shade with trees has been demonstrated to significantly reduce the pavement temperature. The effect of large windows/bi-fold doors and paved patios is having the same effect on our homes with rooms and sitting areas becoming uncomfortable on sunny days. Whilst not practical to obtain tree cover it is possible to introduce shade with an awning or vertical blind. Rain or shine
Have the best of both worlds with a louvred Pergola, when it rains close the louvres to keep the rain out, when the sun returns open the louvres to let the sun flood in, if the sun gets too hot adjust the louvres to control the amount of sunlight to ‘just how you want it’. These are perfect to enclose your hot tub or lounging area.
